Ingredients
2 rump steaks
1 bag Iceberg lettuce
1 bag green beans, boiled
2 carrots, sliced
1 pack smoked bacon
2 vine tomatoes, chopped
Half cucumber, sliced
2 spring onion bulbs, chopped
Few slices emmental cheese (or parmesan flakes)
Dried parsley
Extra virgin olive oil
Lemon juice
Black pepper
Salt
Method
Grill the meat in a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil and season with salt, pepper and parsley.
Cut off the fat and slice the steak.
Remove the fat from the bacon, bake it in the oven at 200° until crisp and cut it in pieces.
Arrange all the ingredients in a plate, add a little salt, lemon juice and serve with toasted bread.
