Peas & Cabbage Soup

Healthy, sweet, and flavourful, your baby will love this soup!

1 portion


1 cup peas

1 cup Savoy cabbage

1 small red onion

1 tsp grated parmesan cheese

1tbs organic vegetable bouillon

Few leaves of fresh basil crushed in a mortar with the pestle with 1 tbs of extra virgin olive oil


In a small saucepan, put all the ingredients (washed and chopped) to boil on a medium heat.

When this is done, crush the basil with the oil in the mortar until you create a paste-like mixture (not too tick).

When ready, put it aside.

After 20 minutes or so, the soup is ready to be pureed with a hand blender.

Add the basil paste to the soup.

Mix and serve with grated parmesan.
