Tuna Salad with Artichokes

A healthy salad perfect for lunch breaks. Artichokes and tuna are a great combo so I’m sure you will enjoy this salad.

Serves 2 people

Ingredients

Few artichokes hearts (try the type in olive oil seasoned with garlic and herbs)

200gr mixed leaf salad

Few cherry tomatoes cut in half

160gr good quality tuna

15gr chiffonade of basil

Red balsamic vinegar of Modena

Extra virgin olive oil

Pinch of oregano

Black pepper

Salt

Prepare the salad

Arrange all the ingredients on two plates, season and enjoy with fresh or toasted bread.
